Flag orders are typically dispatched once a week, on the Monday following receipt of the order. Orders within New Zealand are shipped from Wellington via tracked parcel and usually arrive within 2–5 working days after dispatch. For orders to Australia and other international destinations, parcels are sent via tracked shipping from Melbourne, where designer Kyle Lockwood is based.
If your order has not arrived within 30 days (for New Zealand and Australian addresses) or within 10 weeks (for international addresses), please contact us here. While most deliveries arrive on time, occasional delays at customs may occur, and in very rare instances (fewer than 1% of cases), items may go missing in transit. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding.

Our stores are not open to the public. We operate primarily as an online organisation, staffed by volunteers.
